Government has something special and exciting and wants to bring the NRIs and their investments closer to motherland and strengthen its economy.
We call upon NRIs to contribute in providing quality higher education to Indian youth and develop world clas skills among them and to help in making the country a developed nation by 2020.
NRIs could also facilitate birth of enterprises by providing ideas, funding and nurturing the enterprises towards successful operations. This could enable the Indian youth to become employment generators instead of employment seekers.
It is an initiative of NRI Welfare Society of India in order to develop a new level of relationship. The single mission that NRIs can engage is in raising the threshold of knowledge and productivity levels of those “left behind”, as struggling India calls to Shining India for progress. India faces many challenges in its drive to achieve “inclusive growth”.

NRI Welfare Society is a registered voluntary NGO is a pioneer and the strongest body which fights for the just causes of NRIs.

As this function is of great importance and significance we will be able to prevail upon, Dr. Manmohan Singh's Government to provide respectable status to NRIs.

The conference will be organised at Hotel Intercontinental The Grand, New Delhi. Number of ministers of concerned ministries will address the delegates. At the Open House Session who-so-ever wishes to speak on any subject will be allowed to speak.
NRIs are Natural Resources of India and National Reserves of India stands any where in the present day context.

Dinners, Lunches, Cocktails and Cultural Programmes will be attended by the veteran and seasoned Leaders, Delegates, Celebrities etc.

In short, 28th International Congress of NRIs will provide a platform to the Indian businessmen and NRIs to explore the possibilities of collaborations, Joint Ventures and setting up of Industries etc.
